I have never talked to a person yet in favor of this time change. I get up at 3:30 am to be at work at 5:00 am. Now, in the summer I am going to bed when the neighbor is just starting to cut his grass!

I have only spoken with two different people who are pleased with DST. Those two men were only happy because it meant they could mow their yard after dinner. I haven't spoken to anyone else who is happy with the change. In fact, the customers I work with in Goshen is telling me, "Our Man Mitch" will NOT be voted for in their community the next go round. I just wonder how many years it is going to take to undo what has already been done.

Hey Ellen, I couldn't agree with you more. I'm not a farmer, but I'm an early-to-bed, early-to-rise person and a month after we reset our clocks, I'm still having trouble getting to sleep on time and waking up on time. Love your blog!
